During your use of the application, we automatically collect data related to your usage behavior, such as browsing history, likes, comments, shares, and other interactions. We also collect information about your activities while using our services, including viewed pages and files, searches performed, and other actions. Analyzing this data helps us better understand your preferences and continuously improve our services to better suit your needs.
• Device Information:
To ensure the proper functioning of the application across various devices and platforms and enhance its security, we automatically collect relevant information about your device. This may include: device type (such as model and manufacturer), operating system and version, hardware configuration, internet service provider or mobile network operator information, and your Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). Additionally, we may collect other information associated with your mobile device, such as network details, Device ID, and the features accessed and used within the application.
• Log Data and Analytics:
When you use our services, we automatically collect certain log data, including your IP address, device type, operating system, access times and dates, features used, viewed pages and files, and device event information (such as system activity, error reports, etc.). This information helps us understand the usage of our services, perform performance analysis, and identify and resolve potential issues to continuously enhance service quality.
2. Permissions Explanation
To ensure the proper functioning of the application and provide you with a complete feature experience, we may request the following permissions. Rest assured that we will only collect this information with your explicit permission and in strict compliance with relevant privacy policies and regulations.
• Microphone Permissions:
This allows us to access your microphone for sending voice messages and enabling video calls. Your consent is required for this functionality.
• Camera permissions:
For taking photos and performing video functions, such as profile picture uploads and live video calls. We will access your camera device with your permission.
• Photo library permissions:
This permission enables the app to access your photo library, allowing you to send pictures in chat and customize your user avatar. It enhances your experience by making it easy to share moments with friends and express your identity within the community. Access to your photo library is only requested when you choose to upload or modify content.
• Read Storage Permissions:
This permission allows the app to access your device's storage in read-only mode, enabling it to retrieve necessary content and files to improve your overall experience while ensuring no modifications are made to your stored data.
• Bluetooth Permissions:
Used to support functions related to audio recording and real-time audio and video communication using the Agora library. When connecting to Bluetooth devices, we may request Bluetooth permissions to ensure compatibility and stability with audio devices.
• Advertising IDs:
Collected for optimizing our marketing efforts and analyzing campaign performance.
These permissions are only utilized after you provide explicit consent and can be managed in your device settings.
3. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

In the following cases, prior authorized consent is not required for sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing your personal information:
(1) Matters related to national security and national defense security.
(2) Matters concerning public safety, public health, and significant public interests.

(4) Matters aimed at safeguarding your or other individuals' life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interests, where obtaining consent is difficult.

For editing personal information in your profile, log in to your account and select "My" Personal ID or "Edit".

Regarding any additional personal information generated during your use of our products or services, we will provide it to you in accordance with applicable arrangements.

Should you discover any inaccuracies in the personal information we process about you, you have the right to request corrections or additions. You can make such a request through the "Accessing and Editing Your Personal Information" process mentioned earlier.
(3) Deletion of your personal information
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information under the following circumstances:

c. Our handling of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you.

To cancel your account, you can log in to "MiLive", navigate to the "My" icon, click the gear icon in the upper-right corner to access the system settings interface, select "Account and Security," and proceed to "Account Cancellation (Delete Account)." This self-service process enables you to request account deletion. Please note that upon successfully submitting an account cancellation application following the provided steps, your account will be instantly canceled without manual review.
Once you voluntarily cancel your account, we will cease providing you with products or services, delete your personal information in accordance with applicable laws, or anonymize it.
(6) Constraints on automatic decision-making by information systems
In certain business operations, we employ automated decision-making mechanisms that rely solely on information systems and algorithms. If such decisions significantly impact your lawful rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation. We will provide a non-violation channel for appeal that respects "MiLive"'s trade secrets, the rights and interests of other users, and the public interest.
Limitations

c. Cases related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;

e. Cases where fulfilling your request would result in serious harm to your legitimate rights and interests, as well as those of other individuals or organizations;
